Wow – it’s already the end of February. Which means it’s time for a new Cookbook of the Month. But first, a quick review of February’s book – Weight Watcher’s New Complete Cookbook.
I mentioned before that this was not a new cookbook to my collection, but with the birth of my daughter, I didn’t make it out to buy a new cookbook. So I decided to use this one while flipping through the pages one day and bookmarking many of the recipes. I’d have to say that I’m pleasantly surprised with this cookbook. Although I don’t follow the Weight Watcher’s “diet”, I think that I easily could because this food was quite delicious. Not everything was a home run, but nothing was what I would consider bad. I had made a few recipes from this book before, and I’m pretty sure I’ll be making more!

For March, the Cookbook of the Month will be Martha Stewart’s Everyday Food: Great Food Fast. I’m excited for this new cookbook. I went through it and bookmarked recipes already. I thought I was being picky, but ended up marking over 30 recipes that I want to try. I know many of you have this cookbook, so if you have any suggestions or requests, I’d love to hear them!
