Berry Smoothie

I don’t have to work today, so I thought I would jazz up my normal protein drink I have for breakfast. Nothing super fancy, but it sure was tasty!!Chocolate Berry Smoothie
8 oz lactose free milk
1 1/2 scoops chocolate EAS 100% Whey Protein
1 handful mixed frozen berries
couple of ice cubesThrow all in a blender, blend, and enjoy!

Smoothies are my favorite breakfast. This one looks and sounds delicious! Is the chocolate flavor very prominent?

Surprisingly, not at all. I wouldn’t have even realized it was chocolate if I hadn’t made it myself! I used chocolate because that is all I had (my normal breakfast is just the protein powder and milk – tastes just like chocolate milk!)
