Lunch doesn’t get much easier than this Chicken Caesar Wrap. Full of flavor, this wrap comes together easily with pre-cooked shredded chicken.
It’s no secret that I’m wrap obsessed. Maybe it’s because I’m carb obsessed. And wraps are just another way to get to my carbs. I mean, I love a good salad as much as the next girl. But throw it inside a tortilla, and of course I’m sold!!
So I am back with more wrap inspiration. This one in the form of Chicken Caesar salad.
This wrap recipe came about as I was scavenging the fridge to find something to make for lunch one day. I had all of the ingredients on hand for an easy Caesar salad, but I wanting something a little more substantial. So I thought – why not turn it into a wrap?
This Chicken Caesar Wrap comes together in a jiffy if you keep cooked, shredded chicken on hand like I do. I also thought it would be fun to chop up some croutons and put them inside the wrap. I loved the extra crunch that they brought to the wrap. I used store bought Caesar dressing, because when you are trying to throw together a quick lunch, you’re not going to want to have to take the time to make it from scratch. My favorite bottled sauce is the Bolthouse Farms Caesar Dressing. Not only does it taste great, but it’s also a little lighter and better for you.
So here’s to lunch – may it be filled with Chicken Caesar Wraps!

- Yield: 1 serving 1x
- Category: Main Dish
Description
Lunch doesn’t get much easier than this Chicken Caesar Wrap. Full of flavor, this wrap comes together easily with pre-cooked shredded chicken.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 slice thick cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing*
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup croutons
- 1 large flour tortilla
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the romaine, bacon, chicken, dressing and Parmesan. Stir to combine.
Roughly chop the croutons, then stir them into the filling mixture.
Microwave the tortilla for 10-15 seconds so that it will be easy to roll. Spread the lettuce mixture down the middle of the tortilla. Fold in the two sides of the tortilla, then roll up like a burrito.
Cut wrap in half to serve.
Recipe Notes:
I used Bolthouse Farms Creamy Caesar, which is one of my favorite bottled Caesar dressings. Calorie counts have been calculated using this dressing.

These look so great! I plan on making them for our tennis team. I was wondering if you thought they could be made the night before?
Thank you!
Deborah says
They might get a little soggy if you make them the night before. I still think they’d be edible, but they are best eaten on the day they are made.

These look soooo good! Could you make them the morning of and have for lunch that day? I’m trying to find early meals for work. Thanks!
Deborah says
I think they would be fine. I wouldn’t go for a whole day in advance, but from the morning to lunch should be just fine!
