I love apple butter and turkey sandwiches on sourdough bread. AMAZING!
my favourite soup is Ham & Pea, but I love Butternut Pumpkin soup with Sour Cream just as much.
Yesterday I tasted Polenta bread rolls for the first time. Served with a Turkey & Cranberry jam & avocado. It was just fantastic! So found a recipe on your website on how to make Polenta bread & am now going to bake some myself. Thanks for the recipe!

I would love a copy of the cookbook. Ice cream is definitely a holiday food, especially peppermint ice cream with hot fudge sauce. My favorite salad this year is kale salad simply dressed with olive oil and lemon juice. I usually add green onions and often include nuts and cheese.
