  5. These look great! But, I have a question about the ingredients…in the ingredients list it calls for 1/2 cup white chocolate chips and 1/2 cup dried cranberries, but in the instructions it calls for coconut?

  6. Danielle – I have corrected the recipe – thanks for catching that! The original recipe called for coconut, but I used the white chocolate chips and cranberries instead.

Don't you love bloggers who catch simple mistakes we all make? Bless them! My sister caught one a couple weeks ago- as we both have the same recipe from my mother- she emailed: what's up with the other half of the cheese? You forgot to say to sprinkle it on top.

  9. Love this kind of thing. I have a saucepan granola that's pretty good, too! (Cookies being better than granola, mind you! ;)
This would be a fun one to try sometime.
