What do you get when you combine pizza night with a popular appetizer?
Jalapeño Popper Pizza!
Jalapeño Poppers are one of my favorite appetizers. And you all know we love a good pizza night. So of course, when you combine the two, you have a winning pizza.
This pizza is at the top of my personal favorites. The creamy base, all the cheese, the salty bacon, and of course – the spicy jalapeños. I feel like this would be great for game night, but really, it’s perfect any night of the week!

Ingredients
- Cream Cheese: Since jalapeño poppers are filled with cheese, I decided to make the base of the pizza a cream cheese mixture. You want to make sure your cream cheese is softened.
- Seasonings: You will need garlic powder and smoked paprika. You could leave either of these out if you don’t have them, but they do add a lot of extra flavor.
- Pizza Dough: I like to use my homemade pizza dough, but you can always use store bought, as well. You will need between 12 and 16 ounces of dough, depending on how thick you like the crust.
- Cheese: This pizza is nice and cheesy! I use mozzarella, Monterey Jack, and then finish it off with some parmesan cheese.
- Bacon: Most traditional jalapeño poppers have bacon, so of course, we are including it here!
- Jalapeños: You can add as little or as many jalapeños as you want. I usually add 2 regular sized jalapeños.

How to Make Jalapeño Popper Pizza
STEP 1: Combine the cream cheese with the garlic powder and smoked paprika in a small bowl. Stretch your pizza into a 12-inch circle and spread the cream cheese mixture over the top.
STEP 2: Top the pizza with both the mozzarella cheese and the Monterey Jack cheese. Then sprinkle the bacon over the top.
STEP 3: Add the jalapeños.
STEP 4: Last, sprinkle on the parmesan cheese. Bake the pizza until it is golden brown and the cheese is all melted.

Tips and Tricks
I have all of my pizza tips and tricks on my pizza dough post!
The cream cheese is hard to spread if it is not very soft. I like to pop it into the microwave for a few seconds to make sure it’s easy to spread.
Sometimes the jalapeños are really spicy, and sometimes they are more mild. I like to test this before I add the jalapeños, just so I know how many I want to add. If they are more mild, I will load the pizza up with them, but will cut back just a bit if they are super spicy.
If you have leftovers, store them in the refrigerator. I think it is best reheated in the air fryer.
