Preheat the oven to 450ºF. (If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven and preheat for at least 30 minutes.)
Stretch or roll the pizza dough out into a 12” circle. (See my pizza dough post for all my tips and tricks.)
1 pound pizza dough*
Spread the pesto over the crust, then top with the artichokes, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and red onion. Sprinkle both cheeses over the top.
3 tablespoons pesto, 1 cup quartered artichokes, 1/2 cup kalamata olives, 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, 1/4 cup sliced red onion, 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese, 2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
Transfer the pizza to the oven and bake until the crust is golden, about 10 to 12 minutes.
While the pizza is cooking, rub the olive oil into the arugula. Season with salt.
1 cup arugula, 1 teaspoon olive oil
Top the pizza with the arugula before serving.
