Perfect for pizza night, this Meat Lover’s Pizza is loaded with sausage, pepperoni, bacon, ham, and lots of melty cheese. This is the ultimate hearty homemade pizza!
Preheat the oven to 450ºF. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven and preheat for 30 minutes.
Add the sausage to a skillet over medium heat. Cook, breaking it up as it cooks, until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
4 oz mild Italian sausage
Add the bacon to the same skillet. Cook until crisp, then remove to a paper towel lined plate.
2 oz raw bacon
Roll or stretch the dough into a large circle, about 12 -inches in diameter.
1 pound pizza dough*
Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, then sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese. Top with the pepperoni, sausage, bacon, and sliced ham. Finish with the parmesan cheese and a sprinkling of red pepper flakes.
1/2 cup pizza sauce, 6 oz mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup pepperoni slices, 1/3 cup thinly sliced ham, 2 tablespoons finely grated parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes
Bake in the preheated oven until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

*I like a thinner crust, so I like to use about 3/4 pound of pizza dough.I also like to use parchment paper when making pizza.
