This Sausage Tortellini Bake combines cheese tortellini, Italian sausage, marinara sauce and creamy Boursin cheese for an easy, cheesy dinner the whole family will love.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with the garlic powder and salt.
1 pound sweet Italian sausage, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt
Brush the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish with oil, or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
1 teaspoon olive oil
Place the Boursin cheese in the center of the dish. Surround the Boursin with the tortellini, then top with the spinach. Sprinkle the cooked sausage over the top. Pour the marinara sauce evenly over the dish.
1 (5.3 oz) pkg Boursin cheese, 18 oz fresh cheese tortellini, 2 cups spinach, 24 oz marinara sauce
Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove from the oven and remove the foil. Stir all of the ingredients together to combine, including the Boursin cheese in the center. Top with the mozzarella and return to the oven.
4 oz mozzarella
Bake an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Serve topped with fresh basil, if desired.
