2roasted red peppershomemade or store bought
8ozfeta cheese
assorted vegetables, crackers or breadfor serving
Instructions
Add the peppers and the feta to a food processor. Process until smooth.
Serve immediately with vegetables and crackers, or refrigerate until ready to serve. The dip will firm up a bit as it chills.

I like to make this ahead of time and chill it to let the flavors meld, but it can be served right away.You will want to use a block of feta cheese, not pre-crumbled feta.*If using jarred red peppers, a 12 oz jar will have 2 peppers.
