Ingredients
2earsfresh corn
1/2cupmayonnaise
1/2cupsour cream
1/2cupshredded cheddar cheese
1/2cupshredded pepper jack cheese
1(4 oz) canchopped green chilesdrained
3green onionssliced
1/4teaspooncumin
Salt to taste
Instructions
Heat a grill to medium high. Shuck and clean the corn, then grill until it is charred, turning as needed, about 15 minutes. Remove and let cool completely, then cut the kernels off the corn cob.

In a medium bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and sour cream. Add both cheeses, the green chiles, green onions and cumin. Add in the corn and stir to combine.
1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese, 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chiles, 3 green onions, 1/4 teaspoon cumin
Season to taste with salt.
Salt to taste
Serve with tortilla chips, corn chips, or crackers.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
