Change up pizza night with this Chicken Alfredo Pizza! Pizza dough is topped with an easy, creamy homemade Alfredo sauce, shredded chicken, bacon, and lots of cheese.
Preheat the oven to 475ºF. (If using a pizza stone, place the stone in the cold oven and preheat for at least 30 minutes.)
In a saucepan, combine the cream cheese, milk, parmesan, butter, garlic powder, and pepper. Cook over medium-low heat until everything melts and sauce comes together, whisking often.
Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese over the sauce, then add the chicken and bacon. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and then sprinkle the parmesan over the top.
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, 4 oz cooked, shredded chicken, 1/4 cup cooked, 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown, about 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the green onions. Slice and serve.

Notes
This recipe calls for 1 pound of pizza dough, which is pretty typical for one pizza. I do like to use less for mine, though. I will usually make a batch of pizza dough and instead of dividing it into 3 portions, I will do 4 portions. Feel free to use the full pound, or to make it thinner if desired.Nutrition information provided as an estimate only. Various brands and products can change the counts.
