Ingredients
1medium avocado
3/4cupbuttermilk
1/2cupsour cream
1/4cupfresh dill
1/4cupfresh parsley
1/8cupfresh chives
1tablespoonolive oil
1tablespoonlemon juice
2teaspoonsseasoned rice vinegar
2clovesgarlicminced
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
1 medium avocado, 3/4 cup buttermilk, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup fresh dill, 1/4 cup fresh parsley, 1/8 cup fresh chives, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 teaspoons seasoned rice vinegar, 2 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Store in the refrigerator until needed.
