Ingredients
2cupscookedshredded chicken
1cupgrape or cherry tomatoeshalved
2small cucumberssuch as kirby, chopped
3tablespoonskalamata olivescoarsely chopped
2tablespoonscrumbled feta cheese
1 1/2tablespoonsfresh lemon juice
1tablespoonfresh oreganochopped
1tablespoonolive oil
pinchof red pepper flakes
6tablespoonsplain hummus
68-ounce whole wheat tortillas
Instructions
Combine the chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, feta cheese, lemon juice, oregano, olive oil and red pepper flakes in a bowl and toss to combine.
Lay out the tortillas and spread 1 tablespoon of hummus on each tortilla. Top with one-sixth of the chicken mixture, then roll up the wraps. Cut in half to serve.
