Ingredients
1tablespoonhoney
1tablespoonlime juice
1/4teaspooncinnamon
2cupschopped pineapple
1cupsliced strawberries
1/2cupmandarin orangesclementines, or tangerines, peeled, segmented, and halved
2kiwispeeled and sliced
1bananasliced
1/4cupshreddedsweetened coconut
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and cinnamon.
Add all of the fruit and stir to coat. Fold in the coconut.
