In the bowl of a stand mixer (or with a hand mixer), beat the cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Add in the cake mix, the brown sugar, and the powdered sugar. Beat until smooth and combined.
Turn the mixture out onto a piece of plastic wrap. (I like to use 2 pieces layer over each other intersecting in the middle.) Wrap the ball up in the plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Put the crushed graham crackers on a plate or in a shallow dish. Remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator and unwrap. Roll the ball in the graham cracker crumbs. Place the ball on a serving plate and serve with more graham crackers for serving.
Notes
*There is a small chance that the dry cake mix can contain harmful bacteria. If you are concerned about this, you can heat treat the mix before using. To do this, you can microwave the cake mix to 160ºF before using.Nutrition information provided as an estimate only. Various brands and products can change the counts.
