Ingredients
114-oz can sweetened condensed milk
2tablespoonsbutter
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2cupssemi-sweet chocolate chips
1cupmilk chocolate chips
1cupcandy cornplus more for sprinkling on top
Instructions
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with foil, letting the edges hand over as handles. Butter completely or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Fill a small saucepan with about 1 inch of water and set over medium-low heat. Place a heat safe bowl on top of the saucepan. (You want to make sure the bowl is big enough to not touch the water.)
Combine the sweetened condensed milk, butter, and vanilla in the bowl. Cook, stirring often, until the butter is melted and it is all combined. Remove from the heat.
Immediately stir in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and the milk chocolate chips. Continuously stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth and glossy. Stir in the candy corn.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Spread out evenly and smooth the top. Press additional candy corn on top, if desired.
Let the fudge cool completely and set up before cutting into squares, at least 2 hours.
