So easy, this White Chocolate Caramel No Bake Pumpkin Pie is ultra creamy with the perfect amount of pumpkin flavor. This is a great way to change up your pumpkin pie!

Ingredients
23.4 oz packages Instant White Chocolate Pudding
1cupcold milk
1cuppumpkin puree(not pumpkin pie mix)
1 1/2teaspoonspumpkin pie spice
18 oz container frozen whipped topping (Cool Whip) (thawed)
1 9-inchpie crustbaked
caramel ice cream topping
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the pudding mixes, milk, pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. Beat until completely combined and smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread the mixture into the baked pie crust. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the top of the pie.
Cover the pie loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Before serving, drizzle caramel topping over the top of the pie.
