These crowd favorite Sheet Pan Nachos are perfect for game night, or for an easy 30-minute dinner. They are loaded with all the good stuff- beef, beans, corn - and of course, cheese!
Place a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up as it cooks.
1 pound ground beef
When the beef is almost cooked through, add in the onion and continue to cook until the beef is done and the onion is soft.
1/2 cup diced onion
Add the garlic and cook another 45 seconds.
2 cloves garlic
Sprinkle in the taco seasoning, then stir in the water. Let the mixture cook for a few minutes, until thickened.
2 tablespoons taco seasoning, 1/4 cup water
Layer half of the tortilla chips on a rimmed baking sheet. Top with half of the ground beef mixture. Then layer on half of the beans, half of the corn, and half of the cheese.
10-15 oz tortilla chips, 1 (15 oz) can black beans, 1 cup corn kernels, 5 oz shredded cheese
Add another layer of chips, then layer the remaining beef, beans, corn, and cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven until warmed through and until the cheese is melted, about 7-8 minutes.
Remove from the oven and add any additional toppings, as desired.
