These Ritz Cracker Toffee Bars are an easy 4-ingredient dessert made with Ritz crackers, toffee bits, sweetened condensed milk, and chocolate. These sweet and salty bars are hard to resist!
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
Place all of the Ritz crackers in a food processor and process until they are fine crumbs. Pour them into a bowl.
1 (11.8 oz) box Ritz Crackers
To the bowl of crackers, add 1 cup of the toffee bits and the can of sweetened condensed milk. Stir until combined. Press into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from oven.
1 (8 oz) bag toffee bits, 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
Immediately pour the chocolate chips evenly over the top of the bars. Allow them to sit for a few minutes to melt, then spread evenly over the top. Sprinkle on the remaining toffee bits.
1 cup milk chocolate chips
Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
If the chocolate chips don't melt after sitting on the warm bars, you can pop the baking pan back in the oven for a minute or two.Nutrition information provided as an estimate only. Various brands and products can change the counts. Any nutritional information should be used as a general guide.
