Salad:
8ozdry macaroni pasta
1/2cupdiced dill pickles
1/2medium red bell pepperseeded and diced
1-2stalks celerydiced
2-3green onionswhites and greens diced
3hard boiled eggschopped
1/4cupmayonnaise
Dressing:
3/4cupmayonnaise
3tablespoonsdill pickle juice
1tablespoonwhite vinegar
1tablespoongranulated sugar
2teaspoonsyellow mustard
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonpepper
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
1/4teaspoonpaprika
Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Salt generously, then add the pasta. Cook until al dente. When done, drain and rinse the pasta with cold water to stop the cooking.
8 oz dry macaroni pasta
While the pasta is cooking, make the dressing. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, pickle juice, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Once the pasta is cooked and cooled, add it to the bowl with the dressing. Add the diced pickles, bell pepper, celery, green onions, and eggs. Mix everything together to combine.

Cover and refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour. (Longer is better!)
When ready to serve, stir in the remaining 1/4 cup mayonnaise. Keep cold.
