Ingredients
Meatballs:
1poundground chicken
1large egg
3/4cuppanko breadcrumbs
1tablespoonolive oil
1/2teaspoonsmoked paprika
1/2teaspooncurry powder
1/2teaspooncumin
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
Sauce:
2tablespoonsbutter
1/2onionchopped
5-6clovesgarlicminced
1tablespoonfresh minced ginger
1tablespoongaram masala
1tablespooncurry powder
1teaspoonground cumin

2tablespoonstomato paste
8oztomato sauce
1cupheavy cream

Instructions
Preheat the oven 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a bowl, combine the ground chicken with the egg, breadcrumbs, oil, smoked paprika, curry powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix together until combined.
Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls. You should get about 16 meatballs. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until cooked through, about 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large skillet. Add the onion and cook until softened. Add the garlic and the ginger and cook another 30 seconds, until fragrant.
Add the garam masala, curry powder, cumin, and salt and mix for 30 seconds. Stir the tomato paste in for a minute, then add the tomato sauce. Cook until it starts to simmer.
Stir in the cream, and let the sauce simmer for about 20 minutes, making sure to not let the mixture boil.
1 cup heavy cream
Once the meatballs are done, stir them into the sauce.
Serve over rice, topped with fresh cilantro.
