In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, pickles, mustard, vinegar, onion powder, and garlic powder. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate while you make the bowls.
1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 2 tablespoons minced pickles, 2 teaspoons yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, Salt and pepper
Cook the sweet potato fries according to package directions. (I like to use my air fryer.)
20 oz frozen sweet potato fries
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up as it cooks. Cook until browned and no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper. (I like to season generously since there are no other spices.)
1 pound ground beef
To assemble, 1/6 of the fries in the bottom of a bowl, along with some of the lettuce. Top with the ground beef, and any toppings you like. Drizzle some of the special sauce over the top.
