With just enough spice and plenty of flavor, this Buffalo Chicken Salad is a great lunch or dinner idea. It’s great for meal prep, and can be served many different ways.
In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and dill. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 1/4 cup buffalo sauce, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/8 teaspoon dried dill, Salt and pepper
Add the chicken, carrot, celery, and green onion to the bowl. Stir to coat.
3 cups cooked, shredded chicken, 1/2 cup shredded carrot, 1/2 cup sliced celery, 2 green onions
Add blue cheese crumbles, if desired.
