Ingredients
1poundground beef
1/3cupbuffalo wing sauce
8(6 inch)flour tortillas
1cupthinly sliced lettuce
1/3cupchopped celery
1/2cupjulienned or shredded carrot
1/4cupprepared blue cheese dressing
1/4cup blue cheese crumbles
2tablespoonschopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink, breaking it up as it cooks.

Once the beef is cooked through, stir in the buffalo sauce and cook an additional minute.
1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
If desired, char the tortillas over a gas stove, or heat in a dry pan.
8 (6 inch) flour tortillas
To assemble, top each tortilla with some of the beef mixture. Add the lettuce, celery, and carrots, then drizzle with blue cheese dressing. Sprinkle on blue cheese and celery and serve.
