Ingredients
3cupsold fashioned oats
2/3cuproughly chopped pecans
2teaspoonscinnamon
1teaspoonbaking powder
3/4teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonnutmeg
1 3/4cupmilk
1/3cupmaple syrup
2eggs
1/4cupmelted butter
1/4cupGreek yogurt
2teaspoonsvanilla
12ozfresh berries
Yogurt or whipped cream for servingoptional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Grease or line a 9-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the oats, peans, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
To the bowl, add the milk, maple syrup, eggs, melted butter, Greek yogurt, and vanilla. Mix until everything is combined.
Reserve 1/2 cup of berries. Mix the remaining berries into the oatmeal mixture.
Pour into the prepared pan. Top with reserved berries.
Bake in the preheat oven for 35-40 minutes, or until it is just barely set in the middle. Remove from the oven and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
Serve as is or topped with yogurt or whipped cream.
