Ingredients
Dressing
1/2cupvegetable oil
4tablespoonstarragon vinegar
2tablespoonsDijon mustard
1tablespoonsugar
3-4tablespoonshoney
Salad
1bag5 oz Spring Mix lettuce
1gala applethinly sliced
1/2small red onionthinly sliced
2kiwishalved and sliced
1small can11 oz mandarin oranges, drained and roughly chopped
3ozCraisins
1/4cupslivered almondstoasted
Instructions
To make the dressing, combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until combined and creamy.
Combine all of the salad ingredients in a large salad bowl and toss to combine. Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving*.
Notes
