Ingredients
1/4head of red cabbageshredded
1/3cuppecanstoasted and chopped
1/3cupgolden raisins
1-2ozcrumbled blue cheese
2tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
1tablespoonbalsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the cabbage, pecans, raisins and blue cheese. Add in the olive oil and balsamic vinegar and stir to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
