16cupspopped popcorn
1lbalmond bark
1/2teaspoonnutmeg
1teaspoonrum extract
Instructions
Place the popcorn in a large bowl.
Melt the almond bark according to the package directions. When melted, stir in the nutmeg and the extract. (If the chocolate seizes up after adding the extract, it’s ok – just continue to stir it in as well as possible.)
Pour the melted almond bark over the popcorn and stir to evenly coat. Pour out into an even layer onto waxed paper and allow to set up.
