Ingredients
1/2cupbutterat room temperature
1/2cupsugar
1/2cupbrown sugar
1egg
1/4cupmilk
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2cupsall-purpose flour
1teaspoonbaking powder
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonbaking soda
1cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4cupchopped marachino cherries
3/4cuproughly chopped pistachios
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter and both sugars. Add in the egg and beat to combine. Beat in the milk and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Add to the mixer and mix to combine. Stir in the chocolate chips, cherries and pistachios.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool.
