Ingredients
8ozcream cheeseat room temperature
2cupscookedshredded chicken
1 1/2cupsshredded cheddar cheesedivided
1/2cupbuffalo sauce
1/2cupprepared ranch dressing
1/4cupcrumbled blue cheese
Sliced green onions
Chipscarrot sticks, and celery sticks, for serving
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with a mixer, or mash up with a rubber spatula. (This just makes it easier to mix in.)
Add the chicken, 1 cup of the cheese, the buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and blue cheese. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into an 8 to 9 inch baking dish and spread into an even layer. Top with the remaining cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven until melted and bubbly, 25-30 minutes. Top with green onions before serving.
Serve hot with chips, carrot sticks, or celery sticks.
