A look at the 2014 Tulip Festival at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi Utah. Over 250,000 tulips are planted for the festival!
It’s one of my favorite events of the year. It’s time for the Tulip Festival at Thanksgiving Point!
This is a yearly event for me and my kids. And I think they look forward to it as much as I do.
This year did not disappoint. In fact, I think it was even better this year – the colors completely blew me away. There are over 250,000 tulips planted, which includes 37 varieties of tulips. It truly is awe-inspiring. Abbi couldn’t wait to get to the Secret Garden so that she could make a wish in the fountain, and I couldn’t wait to take a deep breath in the Fragrance Garden, where all 37 varieties of tulips are planted. The smell is intoxicating!!
And if you visit on the weekend, there is food, vendors and music. My kids always look forward to getting a snack once we reach the end!
If you are in Utah, make sure you head over to the Tulip Festival before it ends on May 3rd. It’s an experience you won’t regret!
And in true Deborah fashion, I took about a bazillion photos, and I’m showing you about a million here. 🙂 It was just too hard to narrow down!
And you can see my recap of the 2013 Tulip Festival as well.
