Description

Get some veggies in with this sweet smoothie that tastes like the tropics. This Tropical Carrot Smoothie is sure to be a hit with both the kids and the adults!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups carrot juice
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango
  • 12 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced

Instructions

  1. Pour the carrot juice into a blender. Add the pineapple, mango and kiwi and process until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
