Ranch Chicken Sandwiches with Ranch Slaw

Filled with lots of ranch flavor, these Ranch Chicken Sandwiches with Ranch Slaw make dinner or lunchtime easy and crave-able!



  • 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon dry ranch mix
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup prepared ranch dressing
  • pepper
  • 4 hamburger or sandwich buns
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, cut in half


In a large bowl, combine the chicken, sour cream and dry ranch mix.  Mix to combine.

In another bowl, combine the coleslaw mix and the ranch dressing.  Season to taste with pepper.

To assemble, divide the chicken between the 4 buns.  Top each with a slice of cheese, the ranch coleslaw, and 1 slice of bacon.   Serve.
