The perfect snack or super easy lunch recipe – these Ranch and Vegetable Topped Rice Cakes are easy, fast, healthy and perfect for moms and kids!
- 2 rice cakes (can use any savory flavor!)
- 1 (1.5 oz) individual Marzetti Ranch Veggie Dip cup
- Assorted vegetables, sliced
- Chopped herbs
Spread 1/2 of the ranch dip on each of the rice cakes. Top with desired veggies and chopped herbs. Serve immediately.
