Description

These Eggless Chocolate Cupcakes are filled with chocolate flavor and are perfect for those with egg allergies.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line 16 cupcake tins with liners.
  2. Mix together all of the ingredients.
  3. Distribute the mixture between the cupcake tins and bake in the oven until a tester comes out clean, 20-25 minutes.
