Change up your veggie side dish with these green beans and gouda wrapped up in Pillsbury crescent rolls in these Green Bean and Gouda Crescent Bundles.
Serves: 8 bundles
  • 8-10 oz fresh green beans
  • 4 oz gouda, shredded
  • 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Trim the edges of the green beans, and when the water comes to a boil, blanch the green bean for 1-2 minutes. Remove and put in ice water to stop the cooking. Remove to a dish towel or paper towels to dry.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375F. Unroll the crescent rolls. Place about 5-6 green beans across the center of each roll, then top with about a tablespoon of the grated cheese. Roll up the crescent rolls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  3. Bake for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.
