Delicious and refreshing, this Fruit Batido is a popular drink made in Latin America. This is perfect for cooling down on a hot day! Switch up the mango for another fruit – the possibilities are endless!



  • 2 cups mango sorbet
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup chopped fresh mango
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey


  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with more fresh mango, if desired.
