A knock off of the Cheesy Garlic Bread from Black Angus, this bread is gooey and full of garlic flavor. A secret ingredient makes this garlic bread topping creamy and cheesy and irresistible.



  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 23 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 loaf French bread (about 1 lb)
  • 1 small bunch of green onions, sliced


Preheat the oven to 350ºF.

In a large bowl, stir together both cheeses, the mayonnaise, butter and garlic.

Cut the French bread in half horizontally.  Spread the prepared mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.  Sprinkle the onions evenly over the top.

Place the bread, spread side up, on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 7 minutes, then turn on the broiler and broil until the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.

Slice to serve.
