Slider Sized Sandwiches with Buffalo Chicken

Perfect for game night, these Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches are piled with buffalo chicken and a blue cheese salad.



  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 14 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 12 ounces shredded chicken
  • 8 rolls


  1. In a bowl, combine the sour cream, lemon juice and sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the lettuce, green onions and blue cheese.
  2. In a skillet, combine the wing sauce and butter. Add in the chicken and stir to coat. Cook for a few minutes, until the chicken is heated through.
  3. Cut the rolls in half. Layer the chicken mixture with the blue cheese salad on the rolls.
