The best way to satisfy that chocolate craving! This Chocolate Berry Smoothie is filled with frozen berries and just enough chocolate to make this feel like dessert instead of a healthier treat.



  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup frozen bananas
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder*
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Stevia drops, as needed


  1. Combine the milk, berries, bananas, cocoa powder and vanilla in a blender.
  2. Process until creamy.
  3. Taste, and stir in stevia drops, if needed.

Recipe Notes:

*cocoa powder can make this a bit bitter if too much is added. If you want more sweet than bitter, you can cut the cocoa powder down to 1 tablespoon.
