Scale

Ingredients

  • 24 flatbreads or naan
  • 1 (16 oz) can Old El Paso Traditional Refried Beans
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (1 oz) package Old El Paso Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz salsa
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 avocados, sliced
  • 1 large or 2 small tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 (2.25 oz) can sliced black olives, drained
  • cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and bake for 2-3 minutes to warm through.
  2. Heat refried beans in a 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  3. Combine the cream cheese and the taco seasoning in a medium bowl and beat until smooth. Stir in the sour cream.
  4. Spread a layer of beans on each flatbread. Top with a layer of the cream cheese mixture followed by the salsa. Layer the remaining ingredients on top – lettuce, cheese, sliced avocados, tomatoes, bell pepper and olives. Sprinkle the cilantro over the top.
  5. Cut the flatbread into slices to serve.
