I’m such a dork. Yesterday, I went to make the Cookbook of the Month recipe that I was going to post today, only to realize that it was supposed to be refrigerated overnight. Oops!! So this week’s Cookbook of the Month recipe is going to be delayed – I plan on posting it on Sunday.
