  6. I have been bread baker for years. Even spent a year as head baker for an upscale market. There is just something about kneading dough….However, I found out a little over a month ago that I have a big problem with gluten. I was sick a lot when I was doing the stint as head baker. Now I know why….I am in the process of altering my life and adjusting recipes. I am confident that I will be baking again very soon. I just discovered you through a link and I am so happy I did!!!

  7. Glad to hear that you’ve overcome your yeast-fear :) I had the same year till I started making my own breads a few years ago and now revel in making my own breads from scratch :) Congratulations, and may I just say that these lovely breadsticks do indeed look divine!

  8. I only tried making bread for the first time a couple of weeks ago. It smelt funny. And it was heavy and crumbly. These breadsticks look amazing! I’m bookmarking! Thanks!
