I have so much to share about my trip to Minneapolis and the Betty Crocker kitchens!! Hopefully I’ll have a post together about it all in the next day or two, but today, you’ll have to settle for this recipe that we made there. These cookies are delicious -and easy!! I've made many versions of thumbprints but never would have thought of this. They look great and have to be delicious with the figs!

I agree with Pam — never would've thought to use fig jam, though it's one of my favorites. Next time I make thumbprints, which hopefully won't be too far off, I'll remember these!
